Richard is an ASAFE Special Invited Speaker. He is the Director of the New York Regional Office at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which is responsible for the largest concentration of SEC-registered financial institutions.

Tony is an ASAFE Faculty member. He is a Partner in Goodwin’s Complex Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Financial Industry Litigation practices focusing on Consumer Financial Services Litigation.
